At Trango, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
